AerCap Delivers First of Four 787-9 to EL AL
AerCap has announced 15 January the delivery of a new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on long-term lease to EL AL. This is the first of four new 787-9 aircraft to deliver to EL AL from AerCap’s order book with Boeing. The remaining three aircraft will deliver through 2019. AerCap is the world’s largest lessor of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with 117 aircraft owned, managed and on order.
Avolon Delivers One Airbus A330 to Beijing Capital Airlines
Avolon announced 28 December the delivery of one Airbus A330to Beijing Capital Airlines. This is the fourth Avolon aircraft on lease to Beijing Capital Airlines.
CDB Aviation Reports Record Activity and Growth in 2018, Executing Transactions for 107 Aircraft

NAC delivered one Embraer E190, MSN 19000760, to HOP! on lease
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 16 January the delivery of one Embraer E190, MSN 19000760, to HOP! on lease. This is the first aircraft to deliver as part of a seven aircraft lease agreement
ORIX Aviation Names Dean N. Gerber General Counsel
ORIX Aviation announced 15 January that Dean Gerber will be appointed General Counsel for ORIX Aviation Group, joining in April 2019.
TrueNoord acquires two Embraer E195 on lease to Azul
TrueNoord announced 11 January the acquisition of two Embraer E195s on lease to Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras S.A. Financing was provided under TrueNoord’s recent term loan warehouse facility supported by Morgan Stanley, NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank and Barclays. Legal services were provided by Hogan Lovells and Stek.
