Acumen supported the acquisition of a portfolio of 40+ aircraft worldwide (portfolio value in excess of US$2b).
Our client was engaged in negotiations to acquire a portfolio of aircraft divided into multiple airline operators. This project required Acumen to carry due diligence, co-ordinate and manage the complete project. It involved manpower planning, execution of the due diligence, collection and review of records, provision of comprehensive gap reports, management of online Data-room and analysis on the Maintenance Reserves.
Acumen planned, managed and executed the project. A multi-national team of professionals were deployed.
The project was accomplished on time and within budget resulting in the successful transfer of assets to our client
