Air China after receiving approval from the U.S. Transportation Department (DOT) exercised fifth freedom rights with the inaugural flight April 5 on its Beijing-Panama City route, via Houston Intercontinental.

Cambodia set to grant AOCs to MJ Airlines and Domrey Angkor Airlines
Cambodia plans to grant AOCs to two new airlines, MJ Airlines and Domrey Angkor Airlines, according to the CAA, with the licenses issued by late 2018 and early 2019, respectively. Both Companies are backed by investors from Cambodia and China, looking to build on traffic demand between the two countries.
