Aergo Capital enhances platform capabilities with key hires

Aergo Capital has announced that it is expanding its aviation platform by significantly developing its Structured Products capabilities. David Power is to join as Executive Chairman (Structured Products) and Board Director Aergo Holdings Limited and Paul Naylor as Chief Commercial Officer (Structured Products). Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer of Aergo said “COVID-19 will pose challenges for the industry into 2021 and beyond. For institutional investors, airlines, and capital markets players, Aergo’s full-service platform can develop and implement strategic solutions to help them address and overcome these challenges. I would note that Aergo’s continued growth would not have been possible without the ongoing support and counsel of our majority shareholder, CarVal Investors.”

Nordic Aviation Capital delivered one new Embraer E175, MSN 17000852, to JSC Belavia- Belarusian Airlines on lease

Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced that it has delivered one new Embraer E175, MSN 17000852, to Belavia-Belarusian Airlines on lease. This is the final aircraft to deliver as part of a five aircraft transaction which consisted of three E195’s and two E175’s.

Stobart Group confirms early-stage discussions with a number of parties regarding the potential sale of its stake in Stobart Air and Propius

Stobart Group Limited confirmed that it is in early-stage discussions with a number of parties, including Falko Regional Aircraft Limited, regarding the potential sale of the company’s stake in Stobart Air and Propius. Stobart only agreed to acquire regional flight operator Stobart Air and aircraft leasing business Propius on April 27, this year, in a deal worth up to £8.55 million.

21 Air entered into a sub-service partnership agreement with AELF and Maleth Aero

Air Cargo carrier has entered into a long-term sub-service partnership agreement with AELF and Maleth Aero to begin charter operations with two (2) A330-200 aircraft in September 2020. Roy Linkner,21 Air’s Chief Commercial Officer said  “21 Air continues to expand its service capabilities to appeal to a wider group of shippers and freight forwarders. Adding these two Airbus A330-200 Auxiliary Freighters increases capacity and network reach, including ETOPS & worldwide operations, during a time when air cargo demand has shifted a larger share to all-cargo aircraft”
