Avolon Delivers One Airbus A320neo to Frontier Airlines Avolon announced 10 September the delivery of one Airbus A320neo to Frontier Airlines. This is the seventh Avolon aircraft on lease to Frontier Airlines. Monocle Acquisition and AerSale Announce Revised Merger Agreement Monocle Acquisition Corporation AerSale announced that they have entered into a revised agreement to merge in a transaction with a fully diluted enterprise value of approximately $300 million, equating to approximately 5.5x AerSale's forecasted 2021 Adjusted EBITDA. The combined company will be named AerSale Corporation and is expected to be publicly traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The parties anticipate closing the transaction early in the fourth quarter, after receipt of shareholder approval. Stratos Adds Senior Industry Executives Stratos announced the addition of three senior industry professionals to its team David Goring-Thomas joins as Senior Advisor on various strategic initiatives, Paul Goodfellow as Head of Risk & Restructuring and Jamie Carter as Marketing Director. Stratos has a substantial portfolio of aircraft and these new team members will ensure that we continue to provide our clients with world-class support at this point in the crisis – including restructuring, remarketing and structured finance expertise.” Transport Malta awards Air Operator Certificate to Lauda Europe Transport Malta’s Civil Aviation Directorate has just issued an Air Operator Certificate to Lauda Europe. The airline currently has three Airbus A320 airplanes registered under 9H and is expecting to complete transfer of another 27 in the coming weeks. Lauda Europe’s David O’Brien said: " The Lauda Europe team would like to thank the Civil Aviation Directorate of Transport Malta for a rigorous approval process which accepted only the highest professional standards.
