GOL Announces Sale and Leaseback Agreement for Five Boeing 737 MAX 8 Aircraft GOL announced on 14 February a Sale and Leaseback agreement for five Boeing 737 MAX 8 Aircraft with AWAS. The five aircraft have a total value of US$550 million and will be delivered between June 2018 and November 2018. Under the terms of the agreement the aircraft will be leased back for 12 years. AWAS, who successfully won the mandate following a competitive process. Intrepid Announces Delivery of A330-300 to Turkish Airlines Intrepid Aviation announced 10 February the delivery of a Rolls-Royce powered A330-300 on long-term lease to Turkish Airlines. This is the second of seven A330 aircraft due to be delivered to the Istanbul based flag carrier. Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Announces Delivery of Two New Boeing 737-800 Aircraft to Norwegian Air International Jackson Square Aviation Ireland (JSAI) announced the delivery of two new Boeing 737-800 aircraft on lease to Norwegian Air International (NAI), an affiliate of Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS). Chris Dailey, Chief Marketing Officer, stated: “JSAI is very pleased to support the growth ambitions of NAS and these deliveries are another example of our effective long-term relationships.” Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) delivers one Embraer E190, MSN 19000037, to Aeroméxico Connect on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 15 February the delivery of one Embraer E190, MSN 19000037, to Aeroméxico Connect on lease. This is the second aircraft to deliver as part of a four aircraft lease deal signed in 2016. ST Aerospace incorporates a new leasing  company Keystone 4 in Ireland Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) announced that its aerospace arm, Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace) has incorporated a new company, Keystone 4 Limited (Keystone 4), in Ireland. Keystone Holdings is a 50-50 joint venture aircraft investment holding company between ST Aerospace Resources Pte. Ltd. and SJ Aviation Capital Pte. Ltd. Through Keystone 4, ST Aerospace will grow its aircraft leasing business by acquiring more mid-life narrow body aircraft that are currently on lease to airlines.
