Atlas Air Worldwide Announces Strategic Investment In Air Atlanta
Atlas Air Worldwide has signed an agreement to acquire a 49% minority equity stake in Air Atlanta, expanding its global operating platform and access to widebody capacity. Through Titan Aviation Holdings, Atlas will also acquire aircraft owned by the Air Atlanta group and lease them back to the airline companies for continued operation.
Paranair Acquired By Canadian And Bolivian Investors
Paranair has been acquired by foreign investors, with Canada-based International Airways Holding taking a 95% stake and a Bolivian business group acquiring the remaining 5%.
