Acumen’s Take

On Air India’s Digital Optimisation Tools

Air India’s deployment of SITA’s OptiFlight and eWAS modules is a notable stride in marrying sustainability with digital transformation. As the group continues its fleet and systems upgrade under the Tata umbrella, integrating data-driven solutions to reduce emissions aligns with its broader vision of a modern, responsible airline.

On BLR Airport’s Accessibility Milestone

BLR Airport’s ACI Level 2 accreditation sets a new national benchmark in passenger experience. Accessibility is fast becoming a competitive differentiator in airport services, and this recognition elevates BLR’s standing not just in India, but globally among inclusive, future-forward hubs.

On IndiGo’s New Long-Haul to Copenhagen

IndiGo’s foray into the Scandinavian market is strategic, unlocking high-yield potential for both business and leisure segments. Leveraging widebodies via damp lease lets IndiGo expand long-haul reach without committing to full fleet ownership—allowing flexibility as it scales its international ambitions.
