AerCap Prices One Point Five Billion US Dollar Senior Notes Offering

AerCap has priced a one point five billion US dollar senior notes offering through its wholly owned subsidiary, AerCap Funding Designated Activity Company. The offering includes seven hundred and fifty million US dollars of senior notes due in twenty thirty and a further seven hundred and fifty million US dollars due in twenty thirty-three, with proceeds expected to support general corporate purposes, including aircraft investment, financing and refinancing activities, as well as debt repayment.

Aircraft Leasing & Management Acquires Airbus A320neo Operated By Cebu Pacific

Aircraft Leasing & Management, a subsidiary of Fuyo General Lease, has acquired one Airbus A320neo operated by Cebu Pacific. The aircraft, RP-C4134, MSN 11143, is the first Cebu Pacific-operated aircraft to enter Fuyo’s managed portfolio and expands the group’s Asia-Pacific exposure.

 

JLPS Ireland Delivers New A320neo To Cebu Pacific Through JOL Structure

JLPS Ireland and JP Lease Products & Services have completed a Japanese Operating Lease transaction for one new Airbus A320neo leased to Cebu Pacific on behalf of Japanese investors. Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking acted across several financing roles, including mandated lead arranger, lender, facility agent, security trustee and fixed-rate provider.
