Acumen’s Take

Mid-December activity points to an industry balancing ambition with pragmatism. Fleet modernisation, capacity expansion and connectivity gains continue, but they sit alongside supply chain pressure, financing restructures and cautious decision-making on major orders. The message is consistent across regions: growth is back, but it’s being pursued with tighter capital discipline, flexible operating models and a sharper focus on resilience as airlines position for 2026 and beyond.
