Acumen’s Take
What stands out across this brief is how decisively aviation is balancing efficiency with selective growth. Fleet moves, leasing consolidation, and cargo integration point to a sector optimising capital and assets rather than chasing scale blindly. At the same time, network adjustments and new routes show demand is still there, but increasingly targeted and data-led. The common thread is discipline: airlines, lessors, and infrastructure players are prioritising resilience, flexibility, and long-term positioning over short-term expansion.
