Akasa Air expands network in Uttar Pradesh

Airports Authority of India (AAI) achieves Excellent Rating

Airports Authority of India (AAI) announced it achieved a Mini Ratna Category – I PSE, has achieved ‘Excellent’ rating under MoU 2022- 23, signed with Ministry of Civil Aviation, under the able leadership of Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Chairman, AAI. The Department of Public Enterprises has communicated AAI’s MoU score of 91.50 with final rating as ‘Excellent’.

 

Akasa Air expands network in Uttar Pradesh

Akasa Air launched a new route from Ayodhya, operating daily through flights between Pune and Ayodhya via Delhi. Akasa Air Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer,  Praveen Iyer said “We are excited to launch operations from Ayodhya, a city steeped in history and spirituality. IndiGo launches new Hyderabad-Bangkok route

IndiGo commenced daily direct flights between its Hyderabad base and Bangkok effective from 26th February, becoming the first Indian carrier to introduce direct connectivity between the historical city of Hyderabad and Bangkok. IndiGo Head of Global Sales Vinay Malhotra, said, “We are pleased to commence direct flights between Hyderabad and Bangkok. At IndiGo, it has been our endeavour to bridge the miles between people and their favoured destinations, promoting travel, tourism, as well as economic growth. With the addition of these flights, Hyderabad will be the 6th Indian city with a direct connection to Bangkok on IndiGo. Over the last year, IndiGo has connected Hyderabad with 6 new international cities, raising the overall count to 13 international destinations.”
