AirMedia Announces the Strategic Cooperation with Honeywell AirMedia announced that one of its subsidiaries, Air Esurfing Co. Ltd has been selected as the sole distributor of Honeywell's next-generation JetWave TM satellite communications hardware in China, enabling Chinese airlines to have access to an all-in-one solution that provides high-speed, in-flight Wi-Fi service. Honeywell's JetWave TM satellite communications hardware provides high-speed in-flight Wi-Fi service worldwide by seamlessly establishing Ka-band communication links with the Global Xpress Network of the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Inmarsat Aviation) and satellite ChinaSat 16 and ChinaSat 18. BOC Aviation delivers Airbus A320NEO to Uzbekistan Airways BOC Aviation has delivered an Airbus A320NEO aircraft to Uzbekistan Airways. This aircraft is from the Company's existing order book. BOC Aviation delivers Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to Norwegian BOC Aviation has delivered a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft to Norwegian. This aircraft is from the Company's existing order book. BOC Aviation Reports Record Earnings And 24% Increase In Pre-Tax Profit BOC Aviation announced its audited financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2018. Robert Martin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said: “BOC Aviation celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018 with another year of record earnings. We are delighted to report profit before tax of US$685 million, which represented a 24% increase from last year, and net profit after tax of US$620 million. We also delivered a return on equity of 15.5%, above our 12-year average return on equity of 15%. The Board has recommended a final dividend of US$0.1845 per share, bringing the total dividend for 2018 to US$0.3129 per share. The full-year dividend represents a 35% payout of 2018 net profit after tax. Looking forwards, building on the lessons of the last quarter of a century we aim to achieve greater heights in the years ahead.” CALC agrees Airbus 320neo purchase option China Aircraft Leasing (CALC) has entered into a purchase option agreement with Air Macau for one Airbus A320neo. NordStar starts new flights from Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo and Chita to Sanya, China NordStar has announced the launch of new flights from Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo and Chita to Sanya, China operating weekly from 3 April using Boeing 737-800 aircraft. STS Component Solutions Opens New Sales Office in Guangzhou, China STS Component Solutions announced 13 March the expansion into China with the opening of a sales office in Guangzhou. The establishment of this location was driven by current customer demand and projected organizational growth in the Asia-Pacific region over the next 20 years.
