Air Changan Opens Xi'an-Quanzhou Service in 2019 Winter Schedule Air Changan operates 30 services to 42 destinations with 11 Boeing 737 aircrafts. As the only local carrier based in Xi'an airport, Air Changan born with the mission of promoting the connectivity for the airport. In 2019 winter schedule, the airline plans to launch and resume serval services. On October 29th, Air Changan announced that a new service from Xi'an to Quanzhou will be in operation. BOC Aviation Delivers Airbus A330-900NEO to Lion Air BOC Aviation announced 23 October the delivery of a new Airbus A330-900NEO aircraft to Lion Air. This aircraft is from the Company's existing order book. BOC Aviation Delivers Boeing 787-9 to Air Europa BOC Aviation has delivered the fourth of seven Boeing 787-9 aircraft to Air Europa. This aircraft is from the Company's existing order book. BOC Aviation Delivers New Airbus A320NEO Aircraft To Spring Airlines BOC Aviation announced 14 October the delivery of a new Airbus A320NEO aircraft to Spring Airlines, China’s largest low cost carrier. The aircraft is powered by CFM Leap 1A engines. Spring Airlines President Wang Zhijie said, “Spring Airlines has been growing profitably since we began operations in 2005. We are pleased to work with our long-term partner BOC Aviation which has once again demonstrated its excellent professionalism and customer service in meeting our needs for modern aircraft." China's 1st Four-Seat Electric Aircraft Makes Successful Flight China's first four-seat electric aircraft has completed a successful flight in Shenyang marking the birth of a new aircraft product. The electric plane, named RX4E, was developed by Liaoning General Aviation Research Institute of Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Zhao Tienan, vice-president of Liaoning General Aviation Research Institute, said the takeoff weight of RX4E is 1,200 kilograms and its endurance time 1.5 hours.
