BBAM Announces Delivery of World’s First Airbus A321P2F BBAM Limited Partnership announced the delivery of the first Airbus A321P2F on lease to Titan Airways. The Airbus A321P2F is the first production of a passenger to freighter conversion of an Airbus A321. The delivery is the first of several A321P2F conversions that BBAM has contracted with Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW). BBAM CEO & President Steve Zissis said “BBAM is at the forefront of the passenger to freighter conversion program with the delivery of the world’s first A321P2F, which also marks first lease of this aircraft type in the world.” Elix Aviation Capital Delivers Dash 8-202 MSN 516 to Air Kenya Express Ltd Elix Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one Dash 8-202, MSN 516, on lease to Air Kenya Express. Engine Lease Finance and Bamboo Airways close spare LEAP SLB Engine Lease Finance Corporation and Bamboo Airways announce completion of their first LEAP-1A spare engine Sale and Leaseback transaction together. Following this new delivery from CFM,  Olaf Knuth ELF VP Sales & Marketing commented “We are delighted to close this transaction with Bamboo Airways and proud to welcome another new customer”. Falko Lease Extension With BA CityFlyer Falko has agreed a lease extension with BA CityFlyer on two Embraer E190 aircraft.  The aircraft are part of the portfolio managed by Falko for the Falko Regional Aircraft Opportunities Fund LP Mark Hughes, Chief Commercial Officer at Falko said “ We are delighted to have successfully concluded this transaction for Fund 1 during a difficult period for European airlines.  BA is a great airline and committed to operate EJets for many more years” FPG Amentum completes divestment of US$ 1.2 bn Global Aircraft Fund I FPG Amentum announced the successful completion of the divestment of Global Aircraft Fund I. FPG Amentum has been the exclusive lease & asset manager for the Luxembourg-based fund since its launch in 2006, acquiring & debt-financing 26 aircraft on its behalf and leasing them to airlines globally. The final aircraft, an A320-200 (MSN 3624), was now sold to an Irish lessor. SMBC Aero Engine Lease Purchased And Sold 36 Aircraft Engines In 2020 SMBC Aero Engine Lease (SAEL) announced it purchased 31 engines and sold 5 engines in business transactions in its FY2020/21.
