Aergo Capital announces the delivery of one (1) 737-8 (Max) aircraft to Lion Air Aergo Capital announced the delivery of  the first of eight 737 (Max) aircraft to Lion Air. The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial number 43016 will be operated by Batik Air, a member of the Lion Air group. Formation of LEVL Leasing Lobo Leasing Limited and EMP Structured Assets GmbH announced the formation of LEVL Leasing Limited, a Dublin based joint-venture company dedicated to providing lease and capital solutions for helicopter and vertical lift operators. Lobo and EMP each own 50 % in the joint venture. Lobo Leasing CEO Dan Roberts commented “We are thrilled to have formalised our relationship with EMP through the formation of LEVL Leasing. This partnership has been years in the making and creates a hugely powerful combination capable of delivering (through a single platform) the full variety of leasing products required by the helicopter and emerging vertical lift industries. The Everett H145 transaction is the perfect start and represents a great opportunity to embark on our strategy of building a dedicated ESG compliant portfolio.” Goshawk delivers first A320 to Avion Express Goshawk announced the delivery of one A320 aircraft to Avion Express, the Lithuanian ACMI operator headquartered in Vilnius, on the 27th of June. NAC have signed an agreement to lease one ATR72-500F to Loganair Nordic Aviation Capital announced that it has executed a lease agreement for one ATR72-500F with Loganair. SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Airbus A320neo to Aegean Airlines SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one (1) Airbus A320neo aircraft (MSN 10901) equipped with two (2) PW1127GA-JM engines to Aegean Airlines. This is the third of six A320/A321NEO aircraft contracted to deliver to Aegean. VAH Announces A330-300 Aircraft Lease Extensions Voyager Aviation Holdings announced that they have successfully extended the agreement for the long-term lease of five (5) Rolls-Royce powered A330-300 aircraft with Turkish Airlines for an extension of four more years. VAH delivered these aircraft to Turkish Airlines during 2016 and 2017 for an initial lease term of six (6) years following the installation of a new, dual-class cabin interior.
