Aergo Capital announces the delivery of one (1) DHC-8-Q400 aircraft Aergo Capital announced it successfully delivered one (1) DHC-8-Q400 aircraft bearing manufacturers serial number 4187 to AvantiAir. The delivery completed on 26 January. BBAM Raises $1.5 Billion for Second Aviation Fund BBAM Limited Partnership (BBAM) announced that it has closed its latest flagship aircraft leasing fund, Incline Aviation II, with total capital commitments of approximately $1.5 billion. Incline Aviation II has deployed approximately $318.0 million of equity commitments across 31 aircraft investments as of December 31, 2021. Klaus Heinemann joins Nordic Aviation Capital as a Strategy Consultant with intention to become Non-Executive Chairman upon emergence from Chapter 11 Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced the appointment of Klaus Heinemann as a Strategy Consultant with the intention to be named Non-Executive Chairman of the Board upon NAC’s emergence from Chapter 11. Nordic Aviation Capital President & CEO Norman C.T. Liu said “I have known Klaus for nearly two decades and am very pleased with his appointment. Since last fall, the NAC team has made steady progress recovering from the pandemic, rebuilding its leadership team and stabilizing its portfolio. We look forward to advice and counsel from Klaus as we pivot to growth in the near future.” Milestone Completes Aramco’s Helicopter Fleet Renewal Program The Milestone Aviation Group announced that it has successfully completed the final delivery of the medium helicopter fleet renewal program for Aramco. Milestone recently delivered the last unit of the 21 factory-new, highly specified Leonardo AW139 helicopters, which were first announced in July 2018. The deal also included five brand new Airbus H145 helicopters, delivered in 2019. TrueNoord secures US$250 million committed financing to boost portfolio expansion TrueNoord has secured additional support from Citibank, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, Royal Bank of Canada and Farallon Capital Management which brings total committed and available funds to US$250 million. This will be used by TrueNoord to finance business development and expand its portfolio of 50-150 seat class aircraft which includes regional jets and turboprops from Embraer, Airbus, ATR and De Havilland Canada.
