Aergo Capital deliveries one Boeing 737 MAX 8 to Lion Air  Aergo Capital announced delivery of  the first of eight Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft to Lion Air , to be operated by Batik Air. Aergo Capital CEO Fred Browne said “We are delighted to deliver the first of eight 737 (Max) aircraft to Lion Air. We look forward to completing all deliveries in the coming months and would like to commend all those involved in the transaction for getting this deal over the line.” ASL Aviation Holdings  Extends Financial Facility with Goldman Sachs ASL Aviation Holdings announced it has completed the extension and upsizing of its existing debt facility with Goldman Sachs. The agreement builds on ASL’s existing relationship with Goldman Sachs to increase its financial facility to $200million from the $125 million. ASL Aviation Holdings Chief Financial Officer Mark O’Kelly said “This increased facility further underpins ASL Group’s financial stability and also our plans for continued capital expenditure and growth. As before the facility will be used to partially finance our fleet renewal programme, with aircraft being placed primarily in our European airlines, ASL Airlines Ireland, ASL Airlines Belgium and ASL Airlines France.” Avolon Placed in Top 5% of Industry Group for ESG Rating Dublin based lessor Avolon announced that it has received its inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Risk Rating score of 16.0 from Sustainalytics.  Avolon CEO Dómhnal Slattery said “Our inaugural ESG rating is an important milestone for Avolon, and our strong rating reflects our commitment to ESG and our rigorous risk management framework. At Avolon, operating responsibly as a business is central to our strategy, and is a source of trust for all of our stakeholders. Our low ESG risk rating reflects our commitment to sustainability, caring for our TRIBE and the communities in which we operate, and delivering long-term value for our shareholders. Our rating follows on from the publication of our first Sustainability Report earlier this year, which outlines our sustainability commitments over the next decade. These initiatives reflect our ambition to be a sustainability leader and at the forefront of innovation in the aviation sector.” NAC signs lease agreement with Olympic Airways Limerick based Nordic Aviation Capital announced that it has executed a lease agreement for four ATR72-600’s with Olympic Airways. These deliveries were in conjunction with a fleet roll over of leased Q400 aircraft. ORIX Aviation delivers the first of two Boeing 787-9 aircraft to LATAM Airlines Group S.A. Dublin based ORIX Aviation announced the delivery of the first of two Boeing 787-9 aircraft on lease to LATAM Airlines Group S.A., on behalf of the secured financiers. The aircraft were previously leased to Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS). ORIX Aviation CEO James Meyler, said “We are delighted to complete the first of these two Boeing 787-9 deliveries and to further build upon our long-lasting relationship with the LATAM Airlines Group.
