Aergo Capital announces the successful delivery of one (1) 737-800 aircraft Aergo Capital announced the delivery of one (1) 2010 vintage Boeing 737-800 aircraft bearing manufacturer serial number 37247 to Alliance Aviation Group. Alliance Aviation Group CEO Brendan McQuaid stated "We are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with the Aergo Capital team on the lease of this 737-800 and the onboarding onto our AOC. We have seen stellar growth in the past 18 months, and we hope that this transaction will be the first of many more to come.” Avolon and Air Asia partner to create a transformational eVTOL ride sharing platform in southeast Asia Avolon announced that one of the world’s leading airline groups, AirAsia Aviation Group Limited has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to lease a minimum of 100 VX4 eVTOL aircraft from Avolon. These eVTOL aircraft will allow AirAsia to further revolutionise air travel by providing advanced air mobility to a whole new range of passengers. In addition to the eVTOL aircraft, Avolon, through its investment and innovation affiliate Avolon-e, will partner with AirAsia to commercialise zero-emissions eVTOL aircraft and develop an industry leading urban air mobility (‘UAM’) platform in Southeast Asia. Avolon and AirAsia will form a working group to pursue local certification, research potential market opportunities and infrastructure requirements for UAM. AirAsia will also leverage its successful travel and lifestyle mobile app, the AirAsia Super App, to help support and build an eVTOL ride sharing platform with Avolon. CDB Aviation Delivers First A320neo Aircraft to flynas CDB Aviation announced the delivery of the first of up to five Airbus A320neo aircraft flynas. Griffin Global Asset Management Announces Delivery of Airbus A350 to Air France Griffin Global Asset Management announced the agreement to purchase and leaseback two new Airbus A350-900 aircraft to Air France, featuring RR Trent XWB-84 engines. The first aircraft delivered on a long-term lease to Air France on January 28, 2022, and the second aircraft is scheduled for delivery in September 2022. Griffin President Marc Baer stated "We are very pleased to announce this first transaction with Air France. Our management team’s long relationship with Air France-KLM dates back decades, and these transactions affirm the great working relationship we have developed over that period. The A350-900 forms the core of Air France’s long-haul fleet renewal, and will be instrumental in achieving increased efficiency and economics well into the future.” VAH AND AV AirFinance Limited Announce Inaugural Financing Voyager Aviation Holdings announced that it has refinanced one of its owned 777-300ER aircraft, which is on lease to a European flag carrier airline. The financing, which was provided by AV AirFinance Limited represents the inaugural transaction between the two companies. The transaction creates a new lending partnership with AV AirFinance and also addresses one of the Company’s 2022 secured debt maturities, generating additional liquidity to support VAH’s growth plans.
