AerCap latest to commit to MAX 10 as Boeing builds 737 MAX orders Boeing continues to build its order book for the 737 MAX, including Netherlands-based lessor AerCap becoming the latest customer to commit to the 737 MAX 10 by converting 15 MAX 8 orders to MAX 10s. AerCap has 100 737 MAX aircraft on order, now comprising 85 MAX 8s and 15 MAX 10s. Aergo Capital Acquires Two ATR72-500s, Leases To Afrijet Aergo Capital has acquired two ATR72-500 aircraft from TAT Leasing and placed both aircraft on lease with Afrijet Business Services in Gabon, Africa. The aircraft were purchased as part of a portfolio from TAT, it said. Avolon delivers one Boeing B737 MAX 8 to Malindo Air Avolon announced 28 June the delivery of one Boeing B737 MAX 8 aircraft to Malindo Air. This is the fifth Avolon aircraft on lease to Malindo Air. AWAS delivers Airbus A319 to Germania AWAS announced the delivery of an Airbus A319 on lease to new customer Germania. The aircraft was delivered to the independent German airline on 27 June. This aircraft MSN1886 comes from AWAS’ existing portfolio. West Atlantic to lease four 737-800 Boeing Converted Freighters from GECAS, becoming the first operator worldwide of type West Atlantic Airlines has agreed to lease four 737-800 Freighters from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS). The airline will be the first operator to take delivery of the Boeing standard-body converted freighter. The first aircraft is currently undergoing the conversion at Boeing's modification facility in Shanghai, with subsequent aircraft delivering in 2018 and 2019.
