Elix Aviation Capital Delivers Two ATR 72-500 to SkyExpress Elix Aviation Capital confirmed 3rd July the delivery of two ATR 72—500 Aircraft (MSN 699 and MSN 767), on lease to SkyExpress of Greece. Mayor welcomes Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) signing of lease for majority of Gardens International building The Mayor of the City and County of Limerick is welcoming news that Gardens International is now almost entirely let. Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic Development DAC (LTT), a strategic development company established by Limerick City and County Council, confirmed the news that its first major build in its transformational programme for disused iconic sites in the city and county, Gardens International, is now almost fully occupied. Mayor of the City and County of Limerick Michael Sheahan said: “This is a major vote of confidence in LTT, which was established by Limerick City and County Council to act as a key instrument in the ongoing economic recovery of Limerick. LTT is focussed on transforming strategic disused sites in Limerick into engine rooms of growth for the Limerick and regional economy. That its first major build in the programme would attract an elite international tenant speaks volumes about the standard being delivered by LTT and, indeed, about Limerick’s attractiveness for world leading brands.” NAC delivered one ATR 72-600, MSN 1286, to PT Transnusa Aviation Mandiri on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) confirmed 4th July the delivery of one ATR 72-600, MSN 1286, to PT Transnusa Aviation Mandiri on lease. NAC delivered one ATR 42-500, MSN 495, to Compagnie Aérienne Inter Régionale Express on lease   Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) confirmed 3rd July the delivery of one ATR 42-500, MSN 495, to Compagnie Aérienne Inter Régionale Express on lease. Nordic Aviation takes two more floors at Limerick’s Gardens International Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) is to occupy almost all of the Gardens International complex, it was confirmed this week by the Limerick Post. The firm has extended the lease it signed with Limerick Twenty Thirty last year from occupying 51% of the complex, to over 90% of the facility, which measures 112,000 square foot.
