Azorra Aviation Acquires Two E190 Aircraft Azorra Aviation announce the purchase of two (2) Embraer E190-100LR aircraft from a European lessor. The aircraft are currently located in Basel, Switzerland and are available for immediate lease. Chief Executive Officer of Azorra John Evans said “We are delighted to acquire these two E190s.It is a testament to our team that we continue to grow and transact in a difficult market. We believe strongly that regional and crossover aircraft will lead the recovery in aviation. We look forward to expanding our business by supporting airlines through this difficult time with unique and creative financial solutions.” Global Crossing Airlines elects T. Allan McArtor as Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors Global Crossing Airlines announce the appointment of former Airbus North America Chairman - Mr. T. Allan McArtor to the GlobalX Board, where he will serve as Vice Chairman. "We are honored that Allan has agreed to join us as Vice Chairman," said Ed Wegel, Chair and CEO. "He brings to our board a significant knowledge base in three crucial areas- US FAA regulatory practices, airline flight and maintenance operations, and Airbus aircraft platforms." GOAL sells two Embraer E190-100LR aircraft to US Lessor Azorra GOAL Aircraft Leasing sold two Embraer E190-100LR aircraft with MSN 19000354 and 19000420 to the US lessor Azorra Aviation. The two aircraft were part of a package of three E190-100LRs, which had been previously leased to Helvetic Airways in Switzerland. The third aircraft with MSN 19000435 has been sold to Pionair in Australia in November 2020. Satair And Honeywell Aerospace Sign Global Multi-Year Distribution Agreement For The Commercial Aviation Aftermarket Satair and Honeywell Aerospace have signed a multi-year commercial agreement covering the exclusive worldwide distribution for mechanical and air thermal components for use on Airbus A320, A330, A340, and A380 aircraft. Additionally, the distribution agreement covers the A350 platform on a non-exclusive basis. SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Airbus A321 aircraft to Delta Air Lines SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one (1) Airbus A321 aircraft (MSN 10133) equipped with two CFM56-5B3/3 engines to Delta Air Lines.  This is the third A321 aircraft to deliver to Delta as part of an eight (8) aircraft transaction. VSE Aviation Announces Exclusive Life-Of-Program Auxiliary Power Unit Components Distribution Agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada VSE Corporation announced that it has entered into an exclusive, life-of-program distribution agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, VSE Aviation will be the exclusive global licensed distributor for new radial parts and inventory of Pratt & Whitney Canada’s APS500 Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) for commercial applications. Under the terms of the agreement, VSE Aviation is appointed the exclusive licensed distributor for more than 1,500 aftermarket parts and components supporting Pratt & Whitney Canada’s APS500 and the Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ), De Havilland Canada DHC-8 (Dash 8), Gulfstream, Bombardier and Textron aircraft platforms.
