Air Inuit Announces New President and CEO The Board of Directors of Air Inuit ltd. are pleased to announce that Mr. Christian Busch has been appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Inuit, effective 1st April.Mr. Busch joined Air Inuit in 2002 and most recently acted as the Executive Vice President and Chief operation officer of the airline.  Over the last 19 years, Christian has made many contributions to innovations undertaken by the airline and to its success. Air Lease Corporation Announces Delivery of One New Airbus A330-900neo Aircraft to Delta Air Lines Air Lease Corporation announced the first delivery on April 5th of one new Airbus A330-900 to Delta Air Lines under sale-leaseback with Blackbird Capital II. This is the first delivery of two new A330-900s under sale-leaseback between Delta and Blackbird Capital II. In addition, in October 2020 ALC delivered one new A330-900 to Delta from ALC’s order book with an additional new A330-900 set to deliver to Delta from ALC’s order book this year. ATSG Delivers Third Boeing 767 Freighter to Raya Airways of Malaysia Air Transport Services Group, Inc. announced the delivery by its Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM) subsidiary of a Boeing 767-200 converted freighter to Raya Airways of Malaysia under a five-year lease. This is the third Boeing 767-200 freighter CAM has leased to Raya Airways. GA Telesis Announces Worldwide Distribution Agreement with Boeing Proprietary Tooling OEM Farwest Aircraft, Inc. GA Telesis announced an agreement with Farwest Aircraft, Inc., to become a global distributor for their extensive product line of aircraft maintenance tooling, electrical test equipment, and ground support equipment . This partnership is an essential addition to the growing offerings of GA Telesis’ Tarmac Solutions Group (“TSG”) to supply airlines and MROs with critical tools and GSE to maintain and support their fleets. Kellstrom Aerospace Partners with Valcor Engineering and their wholly-owned subsidiary Electroid to Offer 100%-Yield Overhaul Exchange Program for Boeing 737NG OEM Air Separation Module Part Number 2030157-102 Kellstrom Aerospace announced an aftermarket partnership with Electroid, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Valcor Engineering Corporation to offer a 100% yield overhaul exchange program for OEM Air Separation Module (ASM) Part Number 2030157-102, which is the original equipment installed on production Boeing 737NG aircraft manufactured after 2008.   The Air Separation Module is an integral component of the On-Board Inert Gas Generator System (OBIGGS) for fuel tank inerting to protect against explosions by sources of ignition such as electrical shorts, bonding failures, mechanical failures of fuel pumps and lightning protection. TAG Aero and ITS announce strategic partnership TAG Aero and ITS have finalized the definitive strategic partnership agreement to support the 737 New Gen and A320 market with 131-9B and 9A APU solutions. ITS’s strategic fleet retirement solutions combined with TAG Aero’s extensive APU repair and overhaul capabilities will establish reliable, global support for 737 New Gen and A320 operators. Together, TAG Aero and ITS will provide solutions for 131-9 series maintenance, leases, flat-rate exchanges and outright APU sales. TrueAero Asset Management Partners with Air Lease Corporation TrueAero Asset Management (TAAM) announced the commencement of a leasing and part-out consignment relationship with Air Lease Corporation (ALC). The inaugural aircraft is a CFM56-5B powered A320-200 owned by Air Lease's Thunderbolt managed aircraft platform. One engine will join TAAM’s diverse and sizeable fleet of managed lease assets, while the other engine will be dismantled alongside the airframe.
