Over 220 Delegates Attend Acumen Aviation 3rd Annual Aircraft Remarketing and Trading Management Conference

Acumen Aviation held its third Annual Aircraft Remarketing and Trading Management Conference at the Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast, China last week from 6^th to 8^th September. The conference was organized by Oppland, the idea of this conference was initiated by Acumen Aviation three years ago, whom are the main sponsor of the event. The conference has gone from strength to strength over the last three years becoming a must go to event on the Chinese Aviation industry calendar.  It has grown from a day long event with around 60 delegates in 2015 to over 220 at this year’s two-day conference focused on mid to end of life asset management, with attendees from worldwide airlines, leasing companies, law firms, investors, MRO’s, and asset management companies. This year’s conference had a number of key themes including how will the aircraft coming out of China be properly re-marketed, options for aircraft end-of-life disposal, Transaction process and challenges on Pre-Buy, Mid-Buy and Post-Buy and the asset evaluation differences between China domestic market and global market.
