职位概述

This is a key role within the TAM team and is responsible to manage manpower and various projects across Acumen Asset Management offerings. This role engages in critical project management skills along with exposure to records review and physical inspection of aircraft.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations within the Technical Team and ensure coverage of resources on all existing and upcoming projects;

监督技术团队内部的运营，确保所有现有及即将开展的项目都有充足的人力资源配置

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team for budgeting and revenue target strategies on a regular basis;

定期与 销售和市场团队合作，制定预算及收入目标策略；

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales and Marketing team;

为销售和市场团队提供售前技术支持；

• Planning and implementation of robust processes to ensure continuous improvement in operational standards and quality of work;

规划并实施稳健的流程，以确保运营标准和工作质量的持续改进；

• Engage in effective and efficient manpower planning in line with the company’s business growth requirements;

根据公司 业务增长需求，进行有效的、高效的人力资源管理规划；

• Encourage talent within the company and to mentor the existing pool of employees to enhance skills and knowledge;

鼓励公司内部人才 发展，并指导现有员工以提升其技能和知识水平；

• Collaborate with the finance department for an effective process of expense claims, disbursement of claims and also provide support for tax audits;

与 财务部协作，建立高效的费用报销及款项支付流程，并为税务审计提供支持；

• Undertake responsibility for ensuring implementation of company policies and procedures for the mutual benefit of employees within the Technical Team in all regions and the company;

• Manage project execution on behalf of Acumen Beijing;

管理 睿敏北京 的 项目执行；

• Manage and/or perform projects as and when required depending on assignment and client requirements;

• Provide periodic updates on the profiles, experience, and credentials of technical staff in China, enabling personnel information to better support client needs in future proposals;

• Coordinate with the Project Managers to provide adequate support as and when required;

• Any other duty/responsibility as assigned by Superiors, within the purview of Asset Management services offered by Acumen.

• Collection of project reports and completion of localized archiving in Acumen Beijing

Experience

经验要求

• Proven extensive knowledge of inspections, aircraft redelivery and transitions;

具 备经证实的广泛知识，涵盖飞机检查、退租及转租（过渡）；

• Strong working knowledge of records review requirements across various jurisdiction such as FAA, EASA and more;

深入了解不同司法管 辖区（如 FAA、 EASA等）的 记录审查要求；

• Understanding of airworthiness requirements;

理解适航要求；

• Ability to smoothly navigate various team and its complexity (clients and operators);

具 备应对不同团队及其复杂性（客户及运营商）的能力；

• Experience of working with MROs under challenging environment of redeliveries / transitions;

具有在退租 /转租的挑战性环境下与维修单位（ MROs）合作的 经验；

• Immaculate reporting and problem-solving ability.

具 备报告撰写和解决问题的能力。

• Holds a valid Aircraft Maintenance License issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC)

持有有效的中国民航局授予的航空维修执照

Skills

技能要求

• A good English communicator with clarity of thought and expression (spoken and written);
