ACIA Aero Leasing Delivers Two ATR72-600s to PNG Air
ACIA Aero Leasing has delivered two ATR 72-600 aircraft, configured with 70 seats, to PNG Air under long-term lease agreements. The aircraft will support PNG Air’s essential domestic network across Papua New Guinea, where turboprops remain critical due to geographic and infrastructure constraints.
CEO Mick Mooney said the ATR72-600’s operating efficiency and versatility make it ideal for connecting remote communities, and he emphasised ACIA’s commitment to supporting PNG Air’s long-term fleet strategy.
