Allegiant Completes Acquisition of Sun Country Airlines
Allegiant has completed its acquisition of Sun Country Airlines, bringing together two leisure-focused carriers. The combined company will serve around 22 million annual customers across nearly 175 cities, with more than 650 routes and a fleet of 195 aircraft.

Phoenix Aviation Capital and AIP Capital have signed long-term lease agreements for two Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with 9 Air. The first aircraft was delivered on 28 April 2026, with the second scheduled for delivery later in the year.
