Acumen’s Take
On Azorra–FPG Amentum Transaction
This deal highlights the deepening cooperation between U.S. and Irish lessors in the long-haul segment. With strong lessee credit and aircraft liquidity, widebody trades are regaining investor traction. For both Azorra and FPG Amentum, the transaction strengthens portfolio diversity while signalling confidence in PAL’s ongoing recovery.
On Titan’s Freighter Focus
IAT Leasing’s recent acquisitions reinforce Ireland’s position as a global hub for mid-life asset trading. The transactions demonstrate continued investor confidence in the A330 platform, especially among funds seeking stable yields and established lessees. Partnerships with institutional managers also indicate expanding capital flows into aircraft-backed investments.
On JSA Leadership Appointment
JSA’s appointment of David Jones as CMO reflects a clear commitment to internal leadership continuity. As market conditions evolve, strong client relations and cohesive marketing leadership are vital in sustaining brand presence and long-term lessor–lessee trust across global markets.
On World Star Aviation’s Freighter Conversion
World Star’s decision to convert 777-300ERs into freighters aligns with rising demand for efficient long-haul cargo capacity. As the 777 P2F segment gains momentum, this move strengthens WSA’s cargo portfolio and underscores leasing community confidence in the 777’s long-term economic viability.
