Aergo Capital announced the sale of two Airbus A320-232 aircraft on behalf of Raptor Aircraft Finance I Limited 2019-1 to ORIX Aviation. The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial numbers 6535 and 6594, are on lease to Vueling. Aergo Capital stated that the transaction reflects continued secondary market demand for in-service narrowbody assets and supports its ongoing portfolio management strategy.
CDB Aviation Signs $710 Million Sustainability-Linked Term Loan
CDB Aviation announced that its wholly owned Hong Kong entity executed a five-year, $710 million unsecured sustainability-linked loan on 19 December 2025. The transaction marks the first time CDB Aviation Hong Kong has acted as borrower in an SLL structure. TrueNoord Completes Sale of Two Embraer E190s to Airlink

The aircraft will support Airlink’s fleet strategy amid ongoing global supply chain constraints. Airlink plans to retain the engines as spares and evaluate future operational options for the airframes, reflecting a flexible approach to fleet and asset management.
