Acumen’s Take

The aviation sector continues to show strong demand fundamentals, but operators are becoming more selective in how they deploy capacity, capital and assets. Fleet decisions increasingly reflect fuel efficiency, engine availability, financing discipline and the need to manage exposure in uncertain market conditions. Connectivity remains central to growth, with airports, airlines and policymakers focused on route development, regional access and passenger experience. Across passenger, cargo and leasing activity, the market is moving towards more flexible operating models, tighter cost control and long-term resilience.
