Azorra Delivers Embraer 195 To SAS Link

Azorra announced the delivery of its fourth Embraer E195-E1 aircraft to SAS Link. Azorra Chief Marketing Officer Michael Davis said “Azorra is thrilled to become a partner with SAS in the buildout of the Link business unit as the airline continues to successfully execute its restructuring plan. These aircraft will enable SAS Link to serve its customers across Europe with a crossover jet platform that is efficient and flexible.”
 

Clover Aviation Capital and Lufthansa Group Complete Sale and Leaseback Transaction

Clover Aviation Capital and Lufthansa Group announced the successful completion of a sale and leaseback transaction for four Airbus A320neo aircraft and three Airbus A321neo aircraft on 12 December 2023. The aircraft were delivered in Germany and will be on long-term lease to Eurowings, Lufthansa and Lufthansa CityLine. Clover Aviation Capital Executive Vice President, Head of Airline Marketing and Head of Acquisition and Trading Haiyan Zheng, said “We are delighted to establish a new relationship with Lufthansa, as one of the world’s leading airline groups. Genesis concludes Westjet transaction for six Boeing 737-800 aircraft

Genesis announces the acquisition of six Boeing 737-800 aircraft on a Purchase and Leaseback transaction with WestJet. This transaction, a first between WestJet and Genesis, expands the Genesis portfolio with additional highly desirable 737-800 aircraft.  Genesis CEO Karl Griffin said  “I am delighted to welcome WestJet as a new customer to Genesis, and we look forward to further supporting WestJet as their fleet continues to grow over the coming years. The challenge accepted by Genesis was to deliver a turnkey Purchase and Lease back solution to WestJet by year end.”

 

Lufthansa Group concludes sale and leaseback of twelve short-haul aircraft with Irish lessors

The Lufthansa Group announced has entered into an agreement for a sale and leaseback of twelve short-haul aircraft with Irish lessors. The transactions were executed with BBAM (Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management) and Clover Aviation Capital  for the sale and leaseback of twelve Airbus A320 family aircraft at favourable commercial terms The aircraft are leased back for a term of 72 months.
