Air Lease Corporation Announces Delivery of Two New Boeing 787-9 Aircraft to China Southern Airlines Air Lease Corporation announced the delivery of two new Boeing 787-9 aircraft on long-term lease to China Southern Airlines.  Featuring GEnx-1B76A engines, these new Dreamliner aircraft are the fourth and fifth of five new 787-9s to deliver to China Southern Airlines from ALC’s order book with Boeing. Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Asia – President, Air Lease Corporation Hong Kong Limited Jie Chen said “We are pleased to announce that our fourth and fifth of five new Boeing 787-9s have delivered to China Southern Airlines. ALC is honored to contribute to our long-term customer’s continued success as one of Asia’s premier airlines.” China's Baiyun International Airport becomes world's busiest hub in 2020 China's Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou has overtaken Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport as the world's busiest hub in 2020. With nearly 43.77 million passengers through 2020 at Baiyun airport, which is located in Guangzhou, south China, the Chinese airport came to top the list of the world's busiest hubs, moving up from 11th place in 2019, the Airports Council International (ACI) said in a statement. China dominate busiest airport rankings for 2020 The latest figures from Airports Council International (ACI) World reveals a 45.7% drop in traffic at the world’s 10 busiest airports last year, with a 64.6% drop worldwide. Atlanta Hartfield-Jackson International Airport dropped off the top spot for 2020, replaced by Guangzhou Bai Yun International Airport, according to preliminary data released by ACI for year 2020. Fitch Rates BOC Aviation (USA)'s Proposed Guaranteed Senior Unsecured Notes 'A-(EXP)' Fitch Ratings has assigned an expected rating of 'A-(EXP)' to BOC Aviation (USA) Corporation's (BOCA USA) proposed senior notes to be guaranteed by BOC Aviation Limited (A-/Stable), and to be issued under the USD15 billion global medium-term note (GMTN) programme of BOC Aviation. The issuing entity of the proposed notes is BOCA USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of BOC Aviation established in 1999 and incorporated in Nevada, in the US.
