Avolon Announces Pricing of US$500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering Avolon 1 March announced the pricing of a private offering by its wholly owned subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Funding Limited, of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2023 at par. Avolon intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding indebtedness. FPG Amentum arranges sale of one Boeing 747-400ERF FPG Amentum announced 7 March the sale of one Boeing 747-400ERF (MSN 37303). The aircraft was on an operating lease to Cargolux Airlines International S.A. from one of FPG Amentum’s investor customers and has now been sold to the airline. NAC purchased and immediately leased back four Bombardier CRJ900s to CityJet Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) confirmed on 6 March that it has purchased and immediately leased back four Bombardier CRJ900s, MSNs 15426, 15428, 15429 and 15434, to CityJet. The CRJ900’s will be operated on behalf of SAS, with all aircraft in SAS livery and crewed by CityJet staff. NAC delivered one ATR 72-600, MSN 1482, to Eastern Airways on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 2 March that it has delivered one ATR 72-600, MSN 1482, to Eastern Airways on lease. This is the final aircraft to deliver as part of a two-aircraft lease deal signed in 2017. Vedder Price Advises BBAM on Acquisition of AirAsia Group Aircraft Vedder Price announced 1 March that it advised BBAM Limited Partnership on an acquisition by its managed entities of 132 Airbus narrowbody aircraft, and options to purchase an additional 50 A320/321 NEO family aircraft, from AirAsia Berhad and its subsidiary, Asia Aviation Capital Limited.
