Acasta Announces Term Sheet with Martello to Sell Stellwagen and Amendment to Its US$150 Million Credit Facility Acasta Enterprises Inc announced 7 February that it has entered into a non-binding term sheet with Martello Finance Company Limited with respect to the sale of its Stellwagen business unit. Acasta has also entered into an amending agreement with the Company’s senior lenders under its US$150 million credit facility. AerCap report 402 airline transactions in 2017 including 119 widebody AerCap reported net income of $1.0bn in 2017 on revenues down 2pc to $5.0bn, with  402 aircraft transactions including 119 widebody, $5.3bn of aircraft purchased and $2.4bn of aircraft sold. AerCap ended with $9.6bn of available liquidity and adjusted debt/equity ratio of 2.8 to 1. A new $200m share repurchase program was authorized. Since June 2015, AerCap has repurchased over 30pc of AerCap’s outstanding shares for $2.8 bn. Q4 net income wasf US$266.3m with revenues down 8pc to $1.2bn. AerCap expects to deliver approximately $6bn of aircraft assets in 2018, reinforcing the return to asset growth, which began again in Q4. Apollo Aviation Group Acquires 59 Aircraft in 2017 Apollo Aviation Group announced 7 February multiple milestones achieved during 2017. During the year, the firm contracted to purchase 59 aircraft for a total gross purchase price of $965 million, bringing its total fleet to 181 aircraft operated by 81 lessees across 49 countries. The acquired aircraft are comprised of narrowbody and widebody aircraft from the A319, A320, A321, A330, B737 and B777 families. The majority of the acquisitions were acquired with leases attached to airlines based in Asia-Pacific, South and Central America, North America and Europe. Aircraft were also purchased without leases attached, with the view of transitioning to new operators or to service the existing leased portfolio. Goshawk delivers an A320 to Vueling Goshawk announced the delivery of an A320 to Vueling.
