Avolon Announces Pricing Of Us$1.1 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Offering Avolon announced 14 Februay the pricing of a private offering by its wholly owned subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Funding Limited, of US$800 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2024 at par. Avolon intends to use the net proceeds from the Offerings for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding indebtedness. FPG Amentum and FPG arrange the acquisition of two TUI 737 MAX8s FPG and FPG Amentum announced 19 February the acquisition of two Boeing 737 MAX8s. The aircraft were acquired in Sale & Lease Back transactions and are on lease to subsidiaries of TUI Group. GECAS announces an agreement to lease three A320-200 aircraft to GetJet Airlines with all deliveries to take place in spring 2019 GECAS announced 20 February an agreement to lease three A320-200 aircraft to GetJet Airlines with all deliveries to take place in spring 2019. GECAS’ Shairon Sexton, VP, Sales and Marketing, Europe and Canada said “Given the wealth of aviation experience presented by the GetJet Airlines management team, GECAS is delighted to support their growth plans with these aircraft.” Goshawk delivers its first Airbus A350-900 to Philippine Airlines Goshawk announced 19 February the delivery of an Airbus A350-900 aircraft to Philippine Airlines. This is the first delivery between Goshawk and Philippine Airlines. Peter Watson, Chief Commercial Officer at Goshawk commented “We are delighted to add Philippine Airlines to Goshawk’s growing list of customers. Philippines is an important growth market and Philippine Airlines is an integral part of this growth, so we look forward to building on our close relationship over the coming years.” SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Airbus A320-251 NEO aircraft to Sky Airline S.A SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery one (1) Airbus A320-251 NEO aircraft (MSN 8731) equipped with CFMI Leap engines to Chilean Airline, Sky Airlines S.A. The aircraft was delivered on February 5th at the Airbus facility in Toulouse, France.This is the fourth aircraft to deliver to Sky as part of a five (5) aircraft deal. The first three aircraft delivered in Q4 2018. SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Airbus A320-251neo to Sky SMBC Aviation Capital announce d the delivery of one (1) Airbus A320-251neo aircraft (MSN 8691) equipped with two (2) CFM Leap engines to Sky Airline S.A. The aircraft was delivered on Wednesday, 13th February while the aircraft and associated engines were located at the Airbus facility in Hamburg, Germany. This is the fifth and last aircraft to deliver to Sky as part of a five (5) aircraft deal. SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Boeing 737-8 MAX to Icelandair SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery one (1) Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft (MSN 44356) to Icelandair. The aircraft was delivered on February 13th at the Boeing facilities in Seattle. This is the first of two aircraft delivered to Icelandair as part of this SLB transaction and also marks a new customer for SMBC AC in Icelandair.
