Avolon Announces Pricing of US$1.75 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Offering Avolon announced the successful pricing of a private offering by its wholly owned subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Funding Limited, for a principal aggregate amount of $1.75 billion. The Offering comprises US$1.1 billion of 2.875% senior unsecured notes due 2025 and $650 million of 3.25% senior unsecured notes due 2027. The Offerings are expected to close on or about 14 January subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding secured indebtedness. CDB Aviation Broadens Leadership with New Executive Team Members Focused on Driving Company Growth CDB Aviation announced two new additions to its leadership: Peter Goodman was promoted to the role of Chief Marketing Officer; and Craig Segor was named Chief Investment Officer. Leveraging their extensive background in aircraft leasing and aviation finance, the new appointees will enhance the capabilities of the CDB Aviation leadership team, which is led by newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Patrick Hannigan. Goodman and Segor will lead initiatives aimed to continue sustainable growth of the business, further bolstering the lessor’s worldwide network of airline customers and consolidating its market-leading presence. Fly Leasing to Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Financial Results on February 27, 2020 Fly Leasing announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings results before the market opens on Thursday, 27 February. Nordic Aviation Capital signs contract for 20 A220 Family aircraft Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), signs contract for 20 A220 Family aircraft. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was initially agreed at the Paris Air Show between Martin Møller, NAC Chairman and Christian Scherer, Airbus Chief Commercial Officer in June 2019. The A220 is the only aircraft purpose-built for the 100-150 seat market. The A220 offers the performance of larger single-aisle aircraft. TrueNoord leases two further ATR 72-600s to US-Bangla TrueNoord has placed two more new ATR 72-600 aircraft on long-term operating leases with expanding Bangladeshi domestic and international operator, US-Bangla.
