AerCap Holdings N.V. Announces Debt Tender Offers AerCap Holdings N.V.  announced  that AerCap Global Aviation Trust a Delaware statutory trust and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for its own account and on behalf of AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company offers to purchase for cash the notes listed in the table in accordance with, and in the order of, the corresponding Acceptance Priority Levels and (ii) subject to the Maximum Tender Cap (as defined below) and possible pro rata allocation, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase (as defined below), including the Financing Condition. CDB Aviation: Major Transaction in Relation to the Purchase and Leaseback of Twelve Aircraft The board of directors of China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. announced that CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC and certain wholly-owned subsidiaries and nominees of CDBALF, have entered into a purchase and leaseback agreement (with United Airlines on 22 September 2020, pursuant to which United agreed, among other things, to assign to the Lessor United’s right to purchase and take delivery of each of two (2) new Boeing 787-9 aircraft and ten (10) new Boeing 737-MAX8 aircraft from Boeing pursuant to the original purchase contract between United and Boeing. Each Aircraft will be leased back by the Lessor to United under an operating lease agreement upon delivery. The Lessor expects to take delivery of the Aircraft under the Purchase and Leaseback Agreement between 2020 and 2021. Chorus Aviation Delivers Third Airbus A220-300 Aircraft to airBaltic Chorus Aviation announced the delivery of a new Airbus A220-300 aircraft to airBaltic of Latvia. The aircraft (MSN 55086) is the third of five units to be placed on long-term lease with the airline through a committed sale and leaseback transaction. The two remaining aircraft are expected to be delivered later this year. Sky Leasing Announces Sale & Lease back For (2) A321-200Neo Aircraft With Hawaiian Airlines SKY Leasing announced it has signed an agreement for the sale and leaseback of (2) A321-200NEO aircraft with Hawaiian Airlines. Chief Executive Officer SKY Leasing Austin Wiley said “We are pleased to have this opportunity to partner with Hawaiian on the sale-leaseback of (2) A321-200NEO aircraft. This transaction is a testament to the strength of our partnership together, which allowed us to move quickly during these challenging times.
