Jackson Square Aviation Announces Financing of one Airbus A321neo Aircraft to Pegasus Airlines Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) announced the financing of one Airbus A321neo aircraft to Pegasus Airlines. Christophe Million-Rousseau, SVP Marketing & Capital Markets EMEA, said, “We are delighted to expand our relationship with the Pegasus team. This transaction is a reflection of JSA’s strategy of financing the most fuel efficient assets with the world’s leading airlines and represents our commitment to creating customised fleet solutions to meet our customers’ evolving business needs.” MD Helicopters Partners With UAV Leasing for Air Taxis Dublin-based UAV Leasing has signed a general representation agreement with MD Helicopters that will allow it to sell and lease that company’s new aircraft. UAV Leasing said it plans to develop an air taxi service using the MD530F turbine light single helicopter, as well as to offer these helicopters to law enforcement customers in concert with UAV Leasing’s long-endurance, unmanned CS23 platform for border patrol or maritime surveillance as part of a turn-key solution to government customers. NAC delivers one DHC8-400, MSN 4155, to Flybe Limited on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced the delivery of one DHC8-400, MSN 4155, to Flybe Ltd on lease. MSN 4155 will be the first of twelve NAC aircraft to join Flybe’s fleet. President of Nordic Aviation Capital, Norman C.T. Liu, said  “We are excited to be partnering with Flybe Ltd to help them as they create a strong new company that will build on a very respected and well-known brand. We look forward to seeing them grow and connect communities and regions across the UK and EU.” SAF Helicopters acquires Starlite Aviation Group SAF has announced the acquisition of Starlite Aviation Group, and consequently the formation of a global aviation group SAF Aerogroup. The new group of 500 employees, manages 8 maintenance bases, 2 training centers, 5 flight simulators and operates a fleet of 78 mission aircraft for; Medevac operations, EMS, light and heavy lift work and VIP transport. In addition, the pilot training fleet consists of 40 helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, including 3 twin turboprop aircraft. SAF Aerogroup operates in France, Ireland, Belgium, South Africa, Mali and Niger with a consolidated turnover of 100 million dollars. Within three years, SAF is expected to create 100 to 300 additional jobs and a turnover of $150 million. SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Airbus A320neo to Spirit Airlines SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one (1) Airbus A320neo aircraft (MSN 10710) equipped with two (2) PW1127G-JM engines to Spirit Airlines. This is this first of fourteen aircraft set to deliver to Spirit between November 2021 through to September 2022 as part of a 14x aircraft sale and leaseback transaction.
