Acumen Aviation Hosts OPTIC Platform to Expand SPARTA’s Capabilities

Dublin, Ireland – 4 August 2025: Acumen Aviation (Acumen) and SellUe are delighted to announce that SellUe’s Online Teardown and Consignment Digital Platform, OPTIC, will now be hosted on Acumen’s SPARTA asset management platform. Through this partnership, Acumen intends to widen the scope of online asset management services available through SPARTA, adding asset teardown management to its comprehensive array of digital aviation management services.

What is ‘OPTIC’?:

OPTIC is an award-winning teardown and consignment management, and reporting application delivered through four interconnected data processes (data leaning, validation, analytics and layering). The OPTIC platform has already demonstrated an ability to increase the returns achievable through teardown and consignment for clients. Through clear and concise reporting, together with monthly project end projections, it has succeeded in significantly de-risking the whole teardown and consignment process. A demonstration of OPTIC, using a case study show-casing its potential, is available through SellUe upon request.

Leadership Insights:

David Baily, SellUe CEO, said: It is an honour for OPTIC to be hosted on the SPARTA platform and for SellUe to collaborate with Acumen. Acumen has long been an organization admired for the scope and modernization of services they provide, we are thrilled to be part of the market package available to the Acumen customer base.”

Ameya Gore, Acumen CTO - Digital, commented:SPARTA has been at the forefront of asset lifecycle management offering digital solutions for our customers from delivery to transition of assets globally. OPTIC adds value to SPARTA customers by providing a solution for Asset Teardown and Consignment management which is the final frontier in the asset lifecycle.  OPTIC is a wholly developed and owned digital platform belonging to SellUe. All engagement and support on this platform will come through SellUe. This mutually beneficial collaboration expands Acumen's digital focus in enabling our customers in effective fleet management.”
