Aergo Capital Announces Sale of One Boeing 737-800 Aircraft to ORIX Aviation
Aergo Capital announced the sale of one Boeing 737-800, serial number 37790, to ORIX Aviation, currently on lease to Transavia France. CEO Fred Browne stated, “We are pleased to announce the completed sale of this aircraft to ORIX. We extend our appreciation to all parties who assisted in closing this transaction and look forward to further collaboration with ORIX.”
Falko Closes First Aircraft Sale into Japanese Market
Falko completed its first Japanese operating lease (JOL) transaction, selling one CRJ900 aircraft to a Japanese investor. The deal, conducted in partnership with iStrings Aviation Capital Co., Ltd., marks Falko’s entry into the Japanese market. Head of Portfolio Strategy Brian Foley said, “Japan is a growing market for smaller commercial aircraft. This inaugural JOL demonstrates strong investor interest in E-Jet, CRJ, and A220 aircraft, which have lower capital requirements compared to larger types. We look forward to continued momentum and future opportunities with iStrings.”
First ATR 42-600 Aircraft from Abelo Orderbook Delivered to SATENA
Abelo delivered the first ATR 42-600 (MSN 1619) from its orderbook to SATENA in Colombia on 16 December 2025. CEO Stephen Gorman commented, “We look forward to a successful long-term partnership and congratulate ATR and SATENA on this notable accomplishment.”
WSA Delivers First of Two Additional B737-800BCF Aircraft to West Atlantic
World Star Aviation delivered a Boeing 737-800BCF to West Atlantic, marking the first of two additional aircraft to support the operator’s cargo network in the UK and Europe.
